Zusammenfassung:	A vehicle management system includes: a vehicle identification information obtaining section; a vehicle entry permission section; and a vehicle-in-site monitoring section. The vehicle identification information obtaining section is configured to obtain vehicle identification information. The vehicle identification information is for identifying the target vehicle. The vehicle entry permission section is configured to permit the target vehicle to enter the take-off and landing site when arrival of the target vehicle at a vehicle entrance gate in the take-off and landing site is recognized through authentication processing that uses the vehicle identification information. The vehicle-in-site monitoring section is configured to recognize a position of the target vehicle in the take-off and landing site and monitor movement of the target vehicle to a parking position of a target aircraft that is used for a target flight.
