Machine learning models may be trained using sets of pharmaceutical-pathway weight impact scores and patient data to predict the efficacy of an untested pharmaceutical in treating a particular malady. The machine learning models may also be tailored to specific patients based upon characteristics in common with patients in the set of patient data.
