Zusammenfassung:	A component for a plastic tank for a motor vehicle, said component being suitable for being inserted into a parison during a manufacture of the plastic tank for the motor vehicle. The component has at least one dimension, in at least one plane perpendicular to a direction of extrusion of the parison, which is substantially equal to or greater than a minimum distance between two opposing points located on a solid inner wall of the parison in said at least one perpendicular plane. The component includes a frame containing a first deflection means including at least one surface suitable for coming into contact with and guiding a travel of the parison when the component is inserted into the parison.
