Zusammenfassung:	A prosthetic valve includes an outer frame defining an outer frame lumen, the outer frame including an inflow flange that flares radially outward, a medial portion having a straight wall frame segment, and an outflow end portion that tapers radially inward. The prosthetic valve can further include a leaflet support structure, one or more leaflets secured to the leaflet support structure, and a retention structure configured to hold the leaflet support structure in a fixed position relative to the outer frame when the leaflet structure is disposed at least partially within the outer frame lumen in a deployed configuration of the prosthetic valve.
