Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a battery, an electrical apparatus and a method and apparatus for preparing a battery. The battery includes a plurality of battery cells, wherein an electrode terminal is disposed on an end face of each battery cell in a first direction, and the plurality of battery cells are arranged in a second direction which is orthogonal to the first direction; and a thermal management component, which is located between adjacent ones of the battery cells in the second direction and used for conducting temperature regulation of the battery cells. The thermal management component has a central portion and end portions located on both sides of the central portion in a third direction, and the width of the central portion is smaller than that of the end portions in the second direction, so that a gap is formed in the second direction between the central portion and the adjacent battery cells.
