Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a method for a terminal to transmit a feedback signal and a device for same in a wireless communication system according to various embodiments. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a first signal for scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH); and determining whether to transmit the feedback signal related to a first signal, wherein the feedback signal is transmitted on the basis that the first signal includes control information for the activation or release of a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) PDSCH, regardless of whether a hybrid physical downlink shared channel (HARQ) process for the PDSCH is disabled.
