The protective layer includes a first fluorine-containing compound represented by Formula 1 below, wherein each of R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 is independently -(CH2)a-CF3, -(CF2)b-CF3, or a polymerizable reactive group, at least one of R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 is a polymerizable reactive group, at least one other is -(CH2)a-CF3, or -(CF2)b-CF3, a is an integer of 1 to 30, and b is an integer of 0 to 30. The protective layer also includes a second fluorine-containing compound includes at least one of a (meth)acrylate group, a vinyl group, an epoxy group, or an oxetanyl group.
