Zusammenfassung:	A mobile platform that is equipped to charge an electrical vehicle and supply liquid fuel to an internal combustion engine vehicle. The mobile platform includes a chassis configured to be pulled by a tow vehicle. A battery bank is positioned on the chassis. A renewable energy recharging device and a liquid fuel powered recharging device are each positioned on the chassis to recharge the battery bank. An electrical terminal is operatively connected to the battery bank to deliver electric power from the battery bank to an electric vehicle. A fuel tank is positioned on the chassis to store liquid fuel and a fuel line extends from the fuel tank to deliver the liquid fuel to an internal combustion engine vehicle.
