Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition, comprising about 2% to about 10% w/w ondansetron or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, about 10% to about 50% w/w of one or more solvents, about 10% to about 50% w/w of one or more skin penetration enhancers, about 1% to about 5% w/w of one or more preservatives, and about 1% to about 20% w/w of one or more gelling agents. Also disclosed is a method for preventing or treating nausea and/or vomiting, comprising administering (e.g., transdermally) to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of the pharmaceutical composition, thereby preventing or treating the nausea and/or vomiting.
