Zusammenfassung:	A motor vehicle is described, which comprises: a passenger compartment; a pair of wheels; a steering mechanism, which can be operated by a driver and is connected to said wheels through a drive by wire mode; the motor vehicle is selectively available in a first configuration, wherein the passenger compartment defines a first seat for a driver and a second seat for a passenger beside the first seat along a first axis; and a second configuration, wherein the passenger compartment only defines a third seat for the driver; the steering mechanism can be moved along the first axis between a third position taken on when said motor vehicle is in said first configuration and a fourth position taken on when said motor vehicle is in the second configuration; the third and fourth positions are spaced apart from one another along the first axis.
