Zusammenfassung:	A system and method for monitoring a process is disclosed. The system selects at least one process, identifies a plurality of metrics for the at least one process and automatically develop a performance envelope for at least one of the plurality of metrics. The data related to the at least one process is continually monitored, in real-time, for any data related to the plurality of metrics. Any data related to the plurality of metrics is automatically stored in an alert database and automatically analyzed for any data points outside of the performance envelope. An alert is automatically generated for one or more identified data points. A response is received for each of the identified data points and the identified data points are updated in the alert database with the response.
