Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a massage device capable of forward and backward tilting, and the massage device may include: a main frame which supports at least a region of a user's body; a base frame which is disposed under the main frame and supports the main frame; a tilting frame which is disposed between the main frame and the base frame and is connected to tilting shafts provided at the front of the base frame to extend in the lateral direction; and a tilting means which is disposed between the base frame and the tilting frame and tilts the tilting frame around the tilting shafts.
