Zusammenfassung:	A packaged consumer product having a first product element, wherein the first product element is a solid-phase material, and a second product element, wherein the second product element is a liquid-phase material, is presented. The packaged consumer product may also have a packaging material defining an interior package space, wherein the first product element and the second product element are disposed within the interior package space. The packaged consumer product may further have a first pouch disposed in the interior package space, wherein the first pouch includes a first semi-permeable material and a reactant disposed within an interior of the first pouch. The reactant is configured to generate chlorine dioxide upon exposure to water and/or water vapor.
