Zusammenfassung:	A motor and an electrical apparatus are provided. The motor includes a housing and a cover. The cover includes a recess recessed on a surface from an axial side to an axial other side. The recess is located on a portion of an edge on a radially outer side of the cover. An edge on a radially outer side of the recess is in interference fit with an inner circumference of the housing. The surface of the cover on the axial side is used for being coated with an adhesive. By defining the recess on a portion of the edge of the cover and allowing the edge on the radially outer side of the recess to be in interference fit with the inner circumference of the housing, the processing process of the motor is simplified, and the adhesive is prevented from overflowing.
