A winding axis of the wound portion is perpendicular to a mounting facing surface of the element body and is displaced to a second direction opposite to the first direction with respect to a center of the element body. An outer circumferential surface of the wound portion is distorted so as to bulge outward in the first direction from the outer circumferential surface of the wound portion.
