Zusammenfassung:	An implantable prosthesis having a tissue infiltratable body of biocompatible material includes a plurality of body components arranged radially or circumferentially about a longitudinal axis of the body extending from a proximal end to a distal end of the body. The longitudinal axis may define a central axis of the prosthesis. Each body component includes an outer layer defining a cavity. The outer layer may be substantially conically shaped and/or pleated. A filler may be disposed within the cavity. The body may be attached to abase. The body is configured to augment and/or reconstruct an anatomical shape of a human breast.
