An electrochemical apparatus management method includes: performing a first charge-discharge cycle on an electrochemical apparatus at a charge current; at a first moment after the first charge-discharge cycle, obtaining an SOH1; in response to the SOH1 satisfying a preset condition, performing an intermittent charge operation on the electrochemical apparatus at a first detection current, obtaining data in the intermittent charge operation, determining a current lithium precipitation SOC1 based on the data; in response to the SOC1 being higher than a first SOC threshold, performing a second charge-discharge cycle on the electrochemical apparatus at the charge current, in response to the SOC1 being lower than or equal to the first SOC threshold and higher than or equal to a second SOC threshold, controlling the electrochemical apparatus to perform a risk control operation, or in response to the SOC1 being lower than the second SOC threshold, controlling the electrochemical apparatus to stop.
