Disclosed is a blow mold for plastic bottle, which comprises: a mold body, two exhaust channels, a label plate, and a vacuum suction assembly; the mold cavity is arranged in the mold body, the mold cavity is used for shaping the bottle embryo; the two exhaust channels are connected to the mold cavity; the vacuum suction assembly is connected to the two exhaust channels and used to suction out the gas inside the mold cavity.
