Multifunctional and Adjustable Resistance Training Device

The multifunctional resistance training device is intended to provide users with an adjustable upper body exercise device. The device includes a harness, a plurality of resistance bands, a plurality of tension straps, and a plurality of hand grips that are all interconnected with adjustable fasteners. More specifically, the device is adjustable, wherein the resistance levels of the bands, tension level on the grip, fit of the harness around the user's body, etc. may be adjusted to provide the user a perfect fit while engaging in resistance training.
