A display device includes a substrate, a light-emitting layer disposed on the substrate, a first inorganic layer disposed on the light-emitting layer, an organic layer disposed on the first inorganic layer, a second inorganic layer disposed on the organic layer, where the second inorganic layer has a film density of about 1.7 grams per cubic centimeter (g/cm3) or greater and about 1.9 grams per cubic centimeter (g/cm3) or less, and a refractive index of about 1.85 or greater and about 1.86 or less, and a third inorganic layer disposed on the second inorganic layer.
