Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a seat swivel device for a vehicle, configured to improve a swivel rail so as to have a structure including an inner slide end of the swivel rail and an outer slide end thereof respectively formed on the inner side of a mounting plate and the outer side thereof, to allow the inner slide end to be inserted into and coupled to a space between first and second balls, to allow the outer slide end to be inserted into and coupled to a space between third and fourth balls, and to cause a load of a passenger seated on a seat to be evenly dispersed and supported by the inner slide end and the outer slide through the mounting plate, thereby reliably preventing occurrence of sagging, deformation, and vibration in the swivel rail during seat swivel operation.
