Zusammenfassung:	To allow for an intuitive operation input in a simpler configuration.There is provided an operation receiving device including an operation unit configured to detect a position of contact of a finger of a user on a first axis and a direction of an operation of the user with the finger. The direction is orthogonal to the first axis. The operation unit is provided to have different tilt angles in accordance with the directions of the operation. The operation unit includes two tact switches that are each pushed down at any of the different tilt angles. The operation unit detects the direction of the operation on the basis of the tact switches that are pushed down.
