Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical liquid composition, wherein said liquid composition comprises at least one cooling agent comprising of a phenyl ring containing a polar side group at least one viscosity enhancing agent and at least one surfactant. The invention also relates to a method to produce such a pharmaceutical composition as well as a method of alleviating a symptom selected from the group consisting of cough, nasal congestion and sore throat in a subject comprising administering the composition according to any of preceding claims.
