Zusammenfassung:Provided is a binder composition for an all-solid-state secondary battery that is capable of producing a slurry composition for an all-solid-state secondary battery having excellent dispersibility and that can cause a functional layer for an all-solid-state secondary battery to display excellent adhesiveness. The binder composition contains a binder and a solvent. The binder includes a polymer A, and this polymer A includes a nitrile group-containing monomer unit and a hydroxy group-containing monomer unit. In the polymer A, the proportional content of the nitrile group-containing monomer unit is not less than 3 mass % and not more than 30 mass %, and a molar ratio of the proportional content of the hydroxy group-containing monomer unit relative to the proportional content of the nitrile group-containing monomer unit is not less than 0.01 and not more than 0.30.
