Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a recycled-carbon-fiber-containing thermoplastic resin composition and molded body that have exceptional production properties and exceptional impact resistance even when recycled carbon fibers are used. This thermoplastic resin composition contains recycled carbon fibers (A) and a thermoplastic resin (B). In a thermoplastic resin composition according to one embodiment thereof, the oxygen content of the recycled carbon fibers (A) is 5.0 mass % or greater, and the thermoplastic resin (B) has an average solubility parameter of 10-15 and includes a polyamide resin (i-B).
