The balloon may include a flexible tubular polymeric layer, having a distal end and a proximal end, and having an outer surface and an inner surface. The balloon may include one or more openings at a proximal end, the one or more openings extending from the outer surface to the inner surface. The balloon may include a slot extending from the proximal end to a proximal end of one of the one or more openings. The balloon may include a distal end configured to be disposed over an expandable housing.
