Zusammenfassung:A display module and an electronic device are provided. The display module includes an acoustic-electrical conversion layer, first electrodes, second electrodes, and third electrodes. The first electrodes and the third electrodes are provided on two opposite sides of the acoustic-electrical conversion layer, and second electrodes are provided at intervals on the two opposite sides of the acoustic-electrical conversion layer. In a thickness direction of the acoustic-electrical conversion layer, projections of the first electrodes and projections of the third electrodes are arranged at intervals, and one of the first electrodes or one of the third electrodes is disposed corresponding to at least two of the second electrodes.
