Zusammenfassung:	A finisher for binding a sheet bundle includes a conveying portion for conveying sheets, a stacking portion for stacking the sheets, a manual setting portion to which the sheet bundle is inserted by an operator, a stapler having a head at a front portion thereof for binding the sheet bundle by a staple and a cartridge at a rear portion for housing the staple, a stapler moving unit for moving the stapler to a first stapling position for binding a corer portion of the sheet bundle, a second stapling position for binding the sheet bundle inserted into the manual setting portion and a staple loading position for removing the cartridge and replenishing a new cartridge, and a moving unit for rotating the stapler to a posture such that the rear portion rather than the front portion of the stapler is located at a front side in the depth direction.
