Zusammenfassung:	A method of managing a power storage includes determining whether or not a vehicle including a power storage has been involved in an accident, obtaining a degree of damage to the power storage when it is determined that the vehicle has been involved in the accident, and transmitting an emergency signal indicating the obtained degree of damage and a position of the vehicle involved in the accident to at least one of an emergency vehicle that deals with the accident and a management apparatus that instructs the emergency vehicle to be deployed.
