Zusammenfassung:	The present application relates to the field of pharmaceutical technology, in particular, to a drug-loaded medical device, including a medical device body and at least one drug coating, the drug coating is attached to at least one side of a surface of the medical device body. The main component of the drug coating includes a macrolide drug. The drug coating includes elongated prismatic crystals each with at least three lateral edges, and/or the drug coating includes crystal clusters of the elongated prismatic crystals each with at least three lateral edges. An aspect ratio of each elongated prismatic crystal is in a range from 1:1 to 40:1.
