Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a process for the manufacture of the self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery systems (SNEDDS) of the present invention by a process that comprises: (a) combining (i) a therapeutic amount of one or more tryptamine-scaffold psychedelics, (ii) a triglyceride oil, (iii) a first surfactant, (iv) a second surfactant, and, optionally, (v) an anti-oxidant in a container, (b) adding a lower chain alcohol to said container while mixing the ingredients therein to form a pre-emulsion product, (c) optionally cooling said pre-emulsion product, and (d) diluting the pre-emulsion product with water to form a self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery system.
