Zusammenfassung:An organic light emitting diode display device can include first, second and third subpixels disposed on a substrate; first, second and third light emitting diodes disposed in the first, second and third subpixels, respectively; a black matrix disposed in boarder regions of the second subpixel and the third subpixel. Also, a first color filter is disposed in the first subpixel and overlapping with the first light emitting diode; and a transparent layer is disposed in at least one of the second and third subpixels between portions of the black matrix.
