Zusammenfassung:A method for recommending emoticons based on emoticon preference information of a user is proposed. The method may include acquiring information on at least one preferred emoticon, wherein the at least one preferred emoticon is designated through an interaction with the user's emoticon according to a predefined method. The method may also include acquiring information on a matching text, wherein the matching text corresponds to at least one matching keyword. The method may further include displaying at least one recommended emoticon corresponding to the at least one matching keyword among the at least one preferred emoticon.
