A CU-CP receives, from a CN node, a first message informing a certain service to which an adaptive QoE management is applied. A CU-CP transmits, to a CU-UP and/or a DU, a second message informing that the adaptive QoE management is applied to the certain service. A CU-CP receives, from the CU-UP and/or the DU, a third message related to measurement results on the certain service based on the measurement information.
