Zusammenfassung:	A user terminal includes: an acquisition unit configured to acquire processing target data that includes image data; a measurement unit configured to measure, as biological information, line-of-sight information on a user on the user and other biological information other than the line-of-sight information; a calculation unit configured to calculates importance of the processing target data based on the line-of-sight information and the other biological information; a determination unit configured to determine a compression detail of the processing target data in accordance with the calculated importance; and a compression unit configured to compress the processing target data in accordance with the compression detail that is determined by the determination unit.
