Zusammenfassung:	An exercise apparatus comprises an exercise apparatus body and an image display connected to a frame of the exercise apparatus body. The image display can move between a first and a second position via a connecting component. When the image display is located at the first position, a display surface of the image display faces rearward, and the center point of the display surface is located in the width region of the exercise apparatus body for a user viewing a video image to perform a first exercise by using the exercise apparatus in a first exercise area. When the image display is located at the second position, the center point of the display surface is located outside the width region of the exercise apparatus body for the user viewing the video image to perform a second exercise in a second exercise area, which is outside the first exercise area.
