Zusammenfassung: | A solid electrolytic capacitor includes both a solid electrolyte and an electrolyte solution between electrode foils, wherein a rise in ESR can be sufficiently suppressed for a long time and for which a long life can be realized, and a method for manufacturing the capacitor is provided. To achieve the foregoing, this solid electrolytic capacitor includes an amine represented by general formula (1) as the basic component of an electrolytic solution. In the formula, R1 represents hydrogen, an alkyl group, a hydroxyalkyl group, or an alkoxyalkyl group. R2, R3, R4, and R5 each independently represent hydrogen, an alkyl group, a hydroxy group, a hydroxyalkyl group, an alkoxy group, or an alkoxyalkyl group. The ends of R2 and R3 may be bonded to each other to form a ring. The ends of R4 and R5 may be bonded to each other to form a ring. |
