Zusammenfassung:	A needleless syringe according to the present invention including a moving magnetic body and a stationary magnet wherein, when a piston moves forward, a magnetic field is generated in a direction opposite to the magnetic field direction of the stationary magnet to offset the magnetic field of the stationary magnet and thus separating the moving magnetic body and the stationary magnet from each other and, when the piston moves backward, the moving magnetic body is attracted using the magnetic field of the stationary magnet so that the piston for pressurizing and injecting a drug can repeatedly and reciprocally move forward or backward, thereby rapidly and repeatedly injecting a predetermined drug.
