Zusammenfassung:A method for providing an interactive voice response is provided. The method includes receiving an inquiry from an electronic device, determining a geolocation of the electronic device, determining whether the geolocation of the electronic device corresponds to disruption information stored on a database, retrieving the disruption information based on determining that the geolocation of the electronic device corresponds to the disruption information, generating an interactive voice response (IVR) based on the retrieved disruption information, and providing the IVR to the electronic device.
