Zusammenfassung:	A radar absorbing structure has a body that forms an air and/or space vehicle. At least one aerodynamic surface is located on the body. At least one resistive layer is located on the at least one aerodynamic surface and allows substantial damping of electromagnetic waves on the at least one aerodynamic surface by means of the destructive interference. A plurality of fibers are located in the resistive layer. At least one binding agent holds the fibers together.
