Zusammenfassung:	A resin coating device includes: a resin application portion having an insertion hole through which a glass fiber is inserted in an axial direction, and applying a resin onto an outer circumference of the glass fiber in the insertion hole; a θx rotation mechanism rotating the resin application portion with a θx axis orthogonal to a central axis of the insertion hole as a central axis of rotation; and a θy rotation mechanism rotating the resin application portion with a θy axis orthogonal to both of the central axis of the insertion hole and the θx axis as a central axis of rotation, wherein the θx rotation mechanism and the θy rotation mechanism are configured such that a center point of rotation, which is an intersection of the θx axis and the θy axis, is located within the insertion hole.
