Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising carnitine-salicylate (CA-SA) as an active ingredient. In addition, the composition of the present invention, as a result of having CA-SA as the active ingredient, has been confirmed to alleviate acne and exfoliate dead skin cells as a skin improving substance while simultaneously alleviating inflammation and erythema as a skin soothing substance, due to ion pairing of carnitine and salicylate in mildly acidic conditions.
