In particular, described herein are urinary catheter securement devices and IV securement devices. These medical tubing securement apparatuses may be three-dimensional adhesive medical devices having a layer of material that was formed by stamping or pressing a sheet of the material into a complex 3D shape capable of supporting a medical tubing (e.g., urinary catheter and/or IV line).
