The driving panel includes: a substrate, including a display area and a non-display area; column scanning lines, disposed in the display area; row scanning lines, disposed in the display area and staggered with the column scanning lines; signal connecting lines, disposed in the display area and electrically connected to the row scanning lines; a drive circuit, disposed in the non-display area and electrically connected to the column scanning lines and the signal connecting lines; first electrode pads, disposed in the display area and electrically connected to the column scanning lines; second electrode pads, disposed in the display area and electrically connected to the row scanning lines and the signal connecting lines. Compared with the existing driving panel, the driving panel realizes a narrow border or even a borderless panel, and expands the application of the driving panel.
