Zusammenfassung:	A nut for a musical instrument includes: a clamp jaw having an opening through which a stand is passable, the clamp jaw being configured to, in a state of the stand being disposed in the opening, change a size of the opening by changing a position of the clamp jaw between an open position and a closed position; an elastic member configured to, in a state of the clamp jaw being in the closed position, clamp the clamp jaw to the stand by exerting a force directly on the clamp jaw; an operating element having a pressing portion and a front end portion; and a housing accommodating the clamp jaw, the elastic member, and the operating element.
