A motor may be positioned in the housing interior and may include a rotatable motor shaft having a motor axis. A battery may be positioned in the housing interior. A switch may be configured to activate the motor. A reciprocating shaft may operatively be connected to the rotatable motor shaft. The reciprocating shaft may include a distal end and is able to reciprocate in response to rotation of the rotatable motor shaft. A vent may extend through a vent opening in the housing to provide ventilation to the housing interior.
