The wireless communication system generates a network message that indicates the registration cause for the UE. The wireless communication system transfers the network message that indicates the registration cause to the UE. The wireless communication system receives a registration request from the UE that indicates the registration cause. In response, the wireless communication system registers the UE to use the wireless communication system based on the registration cause.
