| Zusammenfassung: | A controlled release pharmaceutical composition for eye injection for ophthalmic care. The composition comprises at least one active pharmaceutical ingredient and at least one biocompatible polymer and at least one biocompatible solvent. The composition, which is capable of forming an in-situ implant composition, comprises an injectable solution, suspension, emulsion or dispersion. The formulation can be injected through a needle that is suitable in size for an eye injection. The present compositions can be used for treatment of ophthalmic conditions, including glaucoma, dry and wet age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye syndrome, and uveitis. |
