Zusammenfassung:A method of engaging a dispensing package with a dispensing system. The dispensing system includes a cradle movable from a first position to a second position. The dispensing system also includes a sliding lock that includes an open frame and a plurality of latches extending from the open frame. An inlet canula protrudes through the cradle when the cradle is in the second position. The dispensing package includes a coupling shell. The coupling shell includes a front aperture in the top wall thereof. The dispensing package is fitted to the cradle which is in the first position and pushed downwardly. The inlet canula punctures the membrane seal of the and the latch engages with the front aperture hold the dispensing package in the dispensing system.
