Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to techniques for accessing modes of operation and techniques for providing an alarm interface for electronic devices. In some embodiments, a device detects that a battery is being charged and that the device is oriented in a predefined orientation. In accordance with the detection that the battery is being charged and that the device is oriented in the predefined orientation, the device activates a predefined mode of operation. In some embodiments, a device displays a first user interface object in a first color, and, at a predetermined time, the device displays the first user interface object in a second color and displays an option for dismissing an alarm, wherein the option for dismissing is displayed as a second user interface object located at a portion of a display of the device proximate to a hardware button of the device.
